This apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the fully furnished kitchen was a game-changer. The beds were super comfortable, and having a TV in each room was a nice touch. The apartment was flooded with natural light, making it feel airy and welcoming. It was perfect for my big family and even our furry friend. The place was spotlessly clean, and the view was simply jaw-dropping. The convenience of having a train stop at the hotel made it incredibly easy to reach Zermatt in just a few minutes. The modern appliances, including the brand new oven, were fantastic, and the outdoor seating area, although too chilly for use. The bathroom was sleek and the shower was excellent. The smart TV allowed us to unwind with Netflix on those cold evenings. The comfy bed and ample storage space were appreciated. we had a really nice stay and if we ever come back to Zermatt, we would definitely consider staying here again. The apartment was perfect in every way and made our vacation truly special.

Room size was good. Kitchenette was nice with adequate equipment and functioned well (but costs 30 or 34 chf per 1 stay, we only boiled water so they didn't charge) Bathroom was big and clean. Free parking. There's playground for kids. (We didn't use swimming pool) Breakfast was good. Not too far from border to go to Zermatt (by car, I saw that taxi from hotel to Zermatt station costs 6 CHF/person/round)
No wifi in the room. No air condition, they claimed it was centralized air condition but it was so hot in the room that we had to open the window throughout the night. (Stayed on 25.7) No phone in the room so needed to walk to reception woman who was in the restaurant when we had questions (she said there should be one, but apparently our room had none)

The room rate (which included a good continental breakfast) was very reasonable considering just how shockingly expensive Switzerland can be. Location was a 5 minute walk from the train station to Zermatt. There is a very good restaurant (again, good value for money) in the building with a nice terrace looking towards the mountains.
Sound carries between the rooms, particularly the noticeably loud plumbing. If you are a sensitive sleeper consider bringing ear plugs.

Great location: the hotel was perfectly situated, with stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. It was also conveniently close to the shuttle train, making it easy to access nearby attractions and activities.
Uncomfortable bed and pillows: Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not at all comfortable.

Very nice staff, both in reception and in the restaurant; allowed to leave our car on hotel parking during our excursion to Zermatt; decent breakfast and good restaurant. Very quite.
Rooms/apartments a bit shabby; one of ours smelled smoke and another one had a broken door lock, third one missed a hairdryer. 10 good min to train station. Also hotel consists of few separate buidlings, staff retire after 9 P.M. and it might be tricky to commute later as everything gets locked.

Nice room. Comfortable and clean.
Do not stay at this hotel if you are flying out on the weekend. We booked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle, only to find out that the shuttle only runs Mon - Friday during the day. Also, the bus goes to the hotel, but hours are very limited on Sunday. We had to take a cab to the airport which cost 30 Euro. We should have just stayed in town, it would have been easier to get to the airport. The staff is not the friendliest, but if you are flying out during the week during normal work hours the hotel is nice enough.

Staff are rude. Misleading information on the website. It says it is near the train station, but you actually have to walk for more than 20 minutes. Apartments are quite old. Lonely surrounding.

Mind-blowing newly renovated apartments with spacious rooms, breathtaking terrace views, and a spacious bathroom with a variety of shower options. The kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The informative and welcoming staff provides recommendations for local dining and store hours. Clean pool, responsive staff, great Wi-Fi, and convenient free parking.

Excellent hotel to use as a base for visiting the region. Short train trip to Zermatt. Quiet and away from the crowds. One of the cheapest options in the area.
It may be a bit far from the station but the sidewalks are smooth and flat so it is an easy walk.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean and modern. They even have their own train stop right by the hotel so you don't have to walk to the train station.

It was a wonderful experience as the guy on the counter was very Friendly & Helpful. He was really interested in the guests & their experiences at the beautiful area. We got a full top floor. with a Living room. You could get a kitchen for some extra amount. A balcony giving a wonderful view of the snowy peaks & lush green mountains. Tasch Station was at a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. if you could go trekking or at least take a long walk, you could actually taste the water from the water falls which abound in the area.

I liked everything about the hotel - the location(its located in a beautiful countryside), the apartment was a big 3.5 room with loads of comfort and luxury inside , breathtaking views of Southern Alps from two bedrooms and the balcony adjacent to the 3rd room, breakfast was excellent , the hotel staff spoke very good English and were extremely warm, the swimming pool in the evening was very relaxing - Perfect place to be for a short weekend break
